Spring Festival, also called the lunar New Year, is the Chinese folk ceremonious and lively a festival, all family members get together just like Christmas in the West.Spring falls on the first day of the first lunar month, usually one month later than the Gregorian New Year. Spring Couplets and Fu Characters:During the Spring Festival, families often paste red spring couplets and the character “福” (fu,Meaning“good fortune”) on their doors to welcome happiness and luck. The couplets often feature blessings like“peace year after year”and“prosperity.”

Wearing New Clothes: People wear new clothes during the Spring Festival,symbolizing the renewal of life and a fresh start for the new.

Dragon and Lion Dance: In many regions,dragon and lion dances are performed during the Spring Festival, bringing joy and good luck.
